Most of the really good experienced sales people are already working and making lots of money so they're not typically hanging out on your normal job board. Traditionally, the best way to hire experienced sales people is to use a headhunter or recruiting firm. That will cost you, but it will be drop in the bucket compared to how much value a good sales person can have for your firm.

Another way is to find sales people with the skills / industry experience you are looking for on LinkedIn. Send them a direct message and see if you can establish a relationship with them and get them to come in for an interview.
